March 22, 2017 – Adapted this recipe from the Knorr Spinach Dip recipe. My changes – fresh spinach instead of frozen, a mix of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of Knorr mix, and baking instead of chilling.

What To Serve With It
I love serving my homemade spinach dip with crispy crackers and chips—they’re perfect for scooping up every last bit. A fresh vegetable platter adds a nice crunch and balances the richness, making it a hit at parties. You can’t go wrong with either option, so mix and match to suit your taste!
Crackers and Chips
A great spinach dip deserves the perfect crunchy side, and that’s where crackers and chips come in. I love using sturdy crackers like Wheat Thins or Triscuits because they hold up well to the creamy dip without breaking. For chips, tortilla chips are my go-to, especially the lightly salted ones, as they add just the right balance of flavor. Pita chips are another favorite—they’re thick, crispy, and soak up the dip beautifully. Sometimes I’ll even mix it up with baked potato chips for a lighter option. Each choice brings its own texture and taste, making every bite a little adventure.
Vegetable Platter
Crunchy, colorful veggies make a spinach dip shine, adding freshness and a healthy twist to every bite. I love pairing my spinach dip with a vibrant vegetable platter; it brightens the table and balances the creamy dip perfectly. Carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes are my go-to choices. Broccoli florets and snap peas add extra crunch, while radishes bring a peppery kick. I always include celery for that classic pairing—it’s crisp and invigorating. Arranging them in a rainbow-like pattern makes the platter look inviting. Trust me, with this combo, your dip won’t last long!
